Smart Udaipur Incubation Center
Prime Minister of India while interacting with students at Techno NJR campus during Smart India Hackathon 2017, encouraged students to find digital solutions to country’s problems. Techno NJR has therefore set up Incubation center where students can give shape to their ideas and set up their own start ups. College will provide them with seed funding & mentorship from technology experts from IBM, Intel, Google and connect them to start up fund managers and crowd sourcing experts.
TechnoSmartLakes.: First incubated project of Techno NJR is Smart Lake water quality monitoring systems which uses sensor placed in Fatehsagar/Pichola lakes to transmit live data on quality of water like pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity etc to IBM Bluemix cloud where data is stored and analyzed and transmitted on a Dashboard to Nagar Nigam and citizens through an App. Students have applied to Udaipur Smart city authorities for supply of these system to them for all lakes of Udaipur. After successful installation in Udaipur lakes, students will sell this product all over India to the cities which have lakes.
TECHNO NJR TEAM WINS RUNNERS UP PRIZE IN RAJASTHAN DIGIFEST:
It was a proud moment for all Technoites when I Runners up Prize of Rajshan Digifest was handed over to Techno NJR Team ” Botlabs ” by Hon’ble CM Vasundhara Raje.Team members Ritwik Joshi, Yash Kothari, Bhavya Dave, Vivek Ghanchi and Vansh Soni won a Work Order of Rs. 10 lacs from Government of Rajasthan to complete the project. Many Congratulations to Team Botlabs. A total of 700 teams from all over India participated in the event.
About : Rajasthan Hackathon was 24 hours, multi-topic, innovation marathon for coders, developers, designers, inventors and all-around creators. Individuals and a team from across the country will compete for the opportunity to incubate their winning ideas and the potential to bring it to life.
What’s make it special:- 1.Opportunity to work on Rajasthan Stack platforms like Bhamashah, e-Mitra, AI, IoT, AVR, and BlockChain Tech. 2. The top three winning teams will earn a contract with Department of Information Technology & communication, Rajasthan worth RS 15 Lacs, 10 Lacs, and 7.5 Lacs respectively.
Win First Prize at Stupreneurs:Lokesh Puri Goswami and Kundan Gorana of 4th Year Civil Engineering have won first prize of Rs 45000/- and seed funding to start their company PS Group with their team members Mohit Wadhwani, Harshit Jaroli, Kamlesh Kumar and Sachin Goyal. The team has been working on developing bricks, paver blocks, kerb stones, tree guards and other related products using Marble Slurry and Waste Plastic.
Stupreneurs is State Level impact and innovation challenge program to make Rajasthan a source of innovation and start ups to positively impact our economy. An ecosystem based approach where mentors, business leaders and other professionals support and mentor such start ups.
