Electrical Engineering Department gives exposure to its students to various areas of Industry design skills through highly professional pieces of training of MATLAB, Rockwell (Allen Bradley PLC), Nayak Power System (PSCAD), Siemens PLCs (Logo) through actual fieldwork, hands-on and live design like Transformer designing (Step Down), erection and measurement projects: Real-Time Electrical Energy Monitoring and Cost-Benefit Analysis using Smart Meter. The academic distinction of the department is demonstrated by the excellent performance of students ranking among the toppers at the university, institute level and competitive exams like GATE and GRE. State of the art laboratories, Advance CAD tools, workshops and seminars empower the graduates for making application of the knowledge which they gain through experienced faculty of the department and student-centric teaching philosophy.
